The Campaign Summary shows key metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns. Selecting a specific campaign, changing the default dates, or selecting a particular brand or property will dynamically adjust the display to the selection. The Campaign Summary is the first data view that displays after you have signed in to BI and have selected the Campaign Dashboard.
The data view displays the number of sent campaigns, the number of sent emails, the number of recipients who have opened the email (unique opens), the number of bookings, and the room revenue resulting from the campaigns.
The main visuals show Message Activity and Campaign Status.
Message Activity: This chart shows the response to the campaign email. You see the number of recipients who have opened the email (unique opens), the times the email was opened by a machine (machine unique opens), the number of recipients that clicked on the campaign links, and the number of opt-outs. As you hover over the visual, you can see that this visual is interactive. You can display the selected filters, personalize the visual, and perform other options.
Campaign Status: This chart shows the campaign status, i.e., the total number of sent emails, the number of delivered emails, the number of unique opens, and the number of unique clicks. As you hover over the visual, you can view the selected filters, i.e.
Additionally, you can see line charts for the following measures:
- Room nights in numbers
- Average daily rate
- Unique open rate in percent
- Bounce rate in percent
- Average lead time in days
- Average length of stay
- Click-through rate
- Opt-out rate
Use the Default filters in the header for segmenting the data; the report will dynamically adjust the display to the selection:
Brand/Property: Select one or more brands/properties by selecting the respective checkboxes in the multipick drop-down list.
Send date: By default, the system shows you the data of the last 30 days. Simply enter a different number in the field to regenerate the report for this selection.
Select the icon next to Campaign Summary
to open additional filters available for this data view. Select the X next to Campaign Summary to collapse the filter section again.
