The Campaign Bounces view shows a list of campaigns and resulting bounce rates. The view provides visuals for the bounce activity in general, bounces by domain, and domain ranking.
Four main visuals show the Bounces by Campaign name, the Bounce Activity by date, Bounces by Domain, and Domain Ranking.
Bounces by: This interactive visual by default shows you bounces by campaigns. It provides additional filter and drill-down options that are reflected by the other visuals.
For instance, you can change the view by displaying the bounces by another criterion, such as campaign subject, from email or by domain name. Further segment the data by drilling down one or two levels by clicking the respective arrow icons in the visual. The report immediately adjusts the display of all visuals to your selection automatically.
Bounce Activity: Shows bounces by date over the selected period.
Bounces by Domain: Shows bounces by domain. You can select the top-ranked number of domains to display and the campaign. As you hover over the graphical display of the bounce, another details shows you the bounce rates and bounce types (soft or hard bounce) broken down by brand.
Domain Ranking: This visual provides more details on the domains and shows bounce rates in numbers and percent by domain and by total campaigns. Clicking into a column header will sort the display by this column.
Additional options:
Use the Default filters in the header for segmenting the data; the report will dynamically adjust the display to the selection:
Brand/Property: Select one or more brands/properties by selecting the respective checkboxes in the multipick drop-down list.
Send date: By default, the system shows you the data of the last 30 days. Simply enter a different number in the field to regenerate the report for this selection.
