We're pleased to share enhancements we’ve recently made to our CRS and Booking Engine to improve your user experience. If you are currently using the RT3 booking engine and are interested in migrating to the RT4 version, kindly reach out to your Cendyn representative for more information.
CRS Guest Profile is now available on the booking engine (RT4)
Previously only available on the RT3 version of the booking engine, the CRS Guest Profile is now available on the RT4 version as well. This loyalty platform is fully managed on the CRS and doesn't depend on or connect to any third-party loyalty system. By allowing guests to create an account and see exclusive offers which will populate with available rates upon login, you can strengthen your property and brand's loyalty. Additionally, collecting email addresses through guest profiles can bolster your marketing database.
If the CRS Guest Profile is enabled, guests will see this button on the booking engine.

Alternate payments now supported to foster flexibility and deposit collection during the booking process
We have established connectivity with Adyen, a payment gateway provider, to enable you to offer alternate payment methods for deposit and prepayment rates plans. Initially, these options will include Google Pay and Apple Pay. Properties must sign an agreement with Adyen to enable this feature. Contact your Cendyn representative for more information.
New integration with RoomRaccoon PMS available
Pegasus CRS now offers a 1.5-way integration with RoomRaccoon PMS. "1.5-way" means ARI can be sent from RoomRaccoon to the CRS, and reservations can be delivered to the PMS. Contact your Cendyn representative for more information.
New customization options in the booking engine (RT4)
We've been busy tweaking the display options available in the RT4 booking engine to further improve its booking flow. Two changes of note are the way in which some bed types are displayed and the new amenity display options. Regarding bed types, if only one bed type is selected in the CRS for a particular room type, you will no longer see the option to select a bed type for that room type on the booking engine.
Regarding how you display your amenities, you can now choose among four different layouts to best suit your property's content. For example, if your amenities have very long names, you might choose to display the icons without text or icons with the text on the right. The choice is yours.
