Log into eInsight then navigate to your initial > Admin.
Select the drop-down tab "All Tabs" then Property Data.
Select "Add Property Data Items From File."
Select "Download Template." Download and open excel file.
Note
If using multiple languages, please use column E and F. Provide translations for room description and rate descriptions.
Open the original data dictionary which you completed (Market Segments tab).
Copy and paste all market segment code and descriptions onto relevant fields in the template previously downloaded. Add "MarketSubSeg" in "Field Name" (column A) and add Upper Level Group (for Market Segments) into column E.
In the original data dictionary, copy and paste all room types and descriptions onto the template.
Note
When there are other language descriptions, add them in columns E and F otherwise enter the English title and description in column C and D only.
In the original data dictionary, copy and paste all Rate Type and Description onto the template under Room Type.
Note
Add HTML <br/> at the end of each line if you want to have line breaks in Rate Descriptions.
Go to the original data dictionary. Copy and paste all Source of Business Code & Description onto the Template previously downloaded (you can paste this under the RateType rows).

Ensure to populate "SourceofBusiness in Field_Name column

Repeat all steps for ResStatus, VIPCode, and ChannelCode.

Last step is upload completed file into eInsight.
Log into eInsight then navigate to your initial > Admin >"All Tabs" > Property Data > Select Add Property Data Item - From File (see the beginning of article for image reference).
Select Enable data overwriting, then select Choose File to select the file to upload then select Submit.

This should probably be updated now that the template includes Property Code
For the record, the Property Code field is pulled from eInsight table D_PROPERTY.PropertyCode. The property codes on portal are NOT TO BE TRUSTED when it comes to these updates, so use SQL or the O: drive to find the property code for a given property.
