Each property has the ability to configure 24-hour before and 24-hour after automatic email on the Pre/Post Mail Template page. 

Navigate to: Content Manager> Pre/Post Mail Template

• All active/inactive templates are listed on this page.

• Click on Add to create a new template.
• Click on Add at the bottom of the screen to save the new templates, or on Reset to start again.

• Search for the existing templates by entering the name.

• Click on the Edit icon under Action to view the templates.

• After making a selection, click on Delete selected to remove specific templates, if required.
