Release Notes - January 26, 2023

We're pleased to share enhancements we’ve recently made to our RT4 Booking Engine based on customer feedback. If you are currently using the RT3 booking engine and are interested in migrating to the RT4 version, kindly reach out to your Cendyn representative for more information.

Manage Accounts in CRS Guest Profile

The CRS Guest Profile loyalty platform, which was made available on the RT4 version last month, now has Manage Account functionality. This allows loyalty members to manage their own account details such as email address, phone number and mailing address. In addition, loyalty members will not have to manually add their account details in the checkout page since these will now auto-populate once they've been added to their account.

Simplified Credit Card Entry on Guest Details Page

The logos of the credit card types that your property accepts will now display in the Payment Method area of the Guest Details page. Users will no longer have to select which credit card type they're using. Rather, the card type will be auto-detected when the credit card number is entered.

Rate Plan Page Update

As in the RT3 version of the Booking Engine, users can now click on a View Details link to open a pop-up and view the long description of the Rate Plan.
