This article will break down how to make a new reservation in Cendyn Call Center.
- Select a Property from the second dropdown field
- Click the Calendar icon to start your availability search
- Select the number of adults and children
- Enter the number of nights
- Alternatively, click the dates on the calendar to select a date range
- For availability of unlisted rate plans, enter an Offer Code
- Click Apply to continue
- Click Search Special Offers to find specific rate plans
- Select a type of offer code from the dropdown, complete the field and click Search
- Click on Search Availability to see your search results
- The results can be sorted by Rate Plan or by Room Type
- Click on Select to add the room to the basket
- The selection now shows at the bottom of the page. Click on Complete Reservation to continue.
- Complete the Main Guest Information section
- For a returning guest, enter the Member ID if applicable
- Enter the Mailing Address
- Enter the Booker Information
- If the property has Guest Preference Questions available, they can be answered here
- In the Reporting Information section, you can add Travel Agent details if available
- Enter any comments if applicable and click on +Add Comment
- Use the dropdown field to include Add-Ons
- Enter the payment details and click Complete Reservation
- A confirmation number will be generated and show on the next screen as seen below
