This article will break down how to make a new reservation in Cendyn Call Center.
- Select a Property from the first dropdown field to start your search
- Select a Date Range or enter the number of nights
- Enter the number of rooms and the Occupancy
- Entering a specific Code or Keyword may restrict the availability search based on your selection
- Click on Search Availability to see your search results
- The results can be sorted by Rate Plan
- or by Room Type
- Click on Select to add the room to the basket
- The selection now shows at the bottom of the page. Click on it to continue.
- In this segment you can:
- Remove the selected room by clicking on the x on the left hand side
- Add an additional room by clicking on Select another room on the right hand side
- Click on Complete Reservation to continue
- Enter the Guest Information, including Rewards or Loyalty details if applicable
- Click on +Add to add additional guests to the booking
- If the property has Guest Preference Questions available, they can be answered here
- Enter a primary email address for the booking
- Select whether this contact should receive notification emails
- The Settlement segment displays a breakdown of the booking costs. Enter the guest's payment information
- You may click on Addons and Comments to add additional information or available supplements
- Once completed, click on Complete Reservation
