A more intuitive, streamlined dashboard design
To ensure you can find what you need quickly, the new dashboard is divided into three main sections: Page Content, Language Management, and Admin Settings. The tiles within the sections are arranged alphabetically and include a brief description when they might not be self-explanatory.
New email template editor
To access the new email template editor click on Settings.
Scroll down until you see the Email Templates link under Modules > Settings > Site Settings in the left column. Click the Email Templates link.
You will see a list of your email templates. Previously, when you clicked on one of the templates, you would only see a static preview of the template.
After this release, you will see your template within an editor that offers full editing capabilities. Whether you need minor or major changes, you can now update your email templates yourself rather than relying on submitting support tickets.
MFA authentication
To configure the new MFA authentication option, click on Settings.
Scroll down until you see the Login Settings link under Modules > Settings > Site Settings in the left column. Click the Login Settings link.
Use the toggle to enable MFA, then click Save.
CMS Google Map Key management
You will now be able to manage your Google Map Key to ensure your Google map appears on your site. Obtain your Key from the Google Developer Console. Then click on Settings.
Scroll down until you see the Site Settings link under Modules > Settings > Site Settings in the left column. Click the Site Settings link.
Click on the Google API Keys tab. Enter your Key in the field and click Save.
GTM ID management
You will now be able to manage your GTM ID, which is the unique ID generated from Google's APIs and used for analytics in the CMS. Just enter the unique ID and it will be automatically inserted to a universal genetic code and the system will start tracking whatever GTM you choose.
Select the Tags module from the Dashboard.
Click Create Tag.
In the form, enter a Name and Description (optional) for the tag. Choose GTM ID (Head & Body) from the Placement drop-down menu. Paste your GTM ID into the GTM ID field and click Save.
Improved AI auto caption feature for images
We have upgraded the version of AI that auto generates image captions and it has produced stellar results. You don't have to take any action since we've already updated your image captions. However, if you want to see the improvement yourself, select the Images module. Click on an image to open the image properties view. Scroll down the page until you see the Caption field and see the new caption.
Enhanced spam filters for the RFP and Forms modules
Some users were experiencing valid RFP and Form submissions being sent to the Spam submissions tab erroneously. We have enhanced our spam filters to prevent this moving forward.
Automation rules to remove inactive users
We have added automation rules which will remove inactive users after 120 days without activity.
