There are five menu options in the Account module. The first one is Create Account, the second one is View Accounts, the third one is Import Accounts, the fourth one is Recently Viewed and the fifth and last one is Favorite.
To create a new B2B account, hover over Accounts and then select Create Account.
Required information will have an asterisk (*) next to it. The field with an asterisk on the new Account form is the account name (1), base type (2), type (3).
Blocked is required; however, it is preset to none so this field can be left as is.
Base type can be change to company (corporate account), agent (travel agent) or other (ex: private individual).
When selecting the travel agent Base Type, two new fields are available on the Account form – IATA and COMMISSION.
Blocked, the selection options you'll see in the dropdown depend on your organization's configuration.
Enter other relevant fields associated with the Account, such as Address or Phone, and then select Save.
When a new B2B account is created in eInsight Sales, that account is shared with eInsight for use in future sales marketing campaigns and can be reported on in PowerBI.
To view an existing B2B Account, hover over Accounts and then select View Accounts.
Because you have a number of accounts in eInsight Sales, there are a range of filter options to search for specific accounts. You can use any combination of filters to narrow down your search.
Enter the desired search criteria and select Search. The search results display in the Account list view.
You can select any row to display an existing B2B Account.
From the list view, select on any column header to sort values.
You have a selection of Subpanels. Each one will give a little more detail to the account.

You can duplicate an account, open the account record and select actions > duplicate.
Verify the field with asterisk are correct, make any applicable updates, and then select save.

To import B2B accounts, hover over Accounts and then select Import Accounts.
Select Download Import File Template.
Complete the template as directed by the notes in the template. Save template as CSV file.
Upload file, select create new records only or create new records and update existing records, then select next.
You have the ability to see the accounts you have recently viewed or worked on. To view these accounts, hover over Accounts and then hover over Recently Viewed. The recently viewed accounts will expand. You can select any of the accounts to access them.
You can mark accounts as favorites to provide an easy way to access them quickly. To do so, when viewing an account, select the star next to the account. This will then place the account in the favorite menu tab. To access the favorite menu tab, hover over Accounts and then hover over Favorites. Your favorites will display, and you can select any of the accounts to access them.
If you haven't marked any Account as Favorite, the item "Favorites" will not display in the Accounts dropdown list.
