A-la-carte Add-Ons are supplements that call centre agents can add to the reservation during the booking process. These can be selected based on what has been configured on the CRS.
An Add-On can be included after the room is selected, on the second screen of the boking process.
- On the Complete Reservation tab, toggle the switch in the Guest Service Add-Ons section and make a selection from the dropdown list
- Click on the information icon to see the Add-On details
- The information screen include the Add-On description and the charges details
- The Add-On costs are reflected in the Summary segment, in the Extra Services section
