A-la-carte Add-Ons are supplements that call centre agents can add to the reservation during the booking process. These can be selected based on what has been configured on the CRS.
An Add-On can be included after the room is selected, on the second screen of the boking process.
- Click on Addons and Comments
- A-la-carte Add-Ons will display once you start typing in the search field. Once found, click on Add
- Click on the information icon to see the Add-On details
- The information screen include the Add-On description and the charges details
- Click on +Add Another to add more, or Save to continue to the next screen
- The Add-On costs are reflected in the Settlement segment, in Guest's Responsibility section
- Click on Addons And Comments to add more, or on Complete Reservation to confirm the booking
