Cendyn Call Center allows agents to look up reservations based on several criteria such as the status, the name, date range and more.

• Click on the Existing Reservation tab to see the search options
• The selected fields will show on the search results
• Complete at least one field, then click on Search

• Results can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and downloaded onto your computer

• Use the Show/Hide button to change your result filters

• Click on a reservation row to view the details

• This screen allows you to view all reservation, room and payment information, as well as modification and cancellation options.
• Click on any tab or section to display details accordingly
