Follow the instructions below to search, modify and cancel a reservation.
Retrieving a reservation
- Click on the Existing Reservation tab to see the search options
- Enter at least two parameters, then click on Search
- Results can be filtered using the header fields
- Click the View button to see the reservation details
Modifying a Reservation
- Click the edit icon to change the occupancy
- Change the number of Adults and/or Children and click Save
- Accept & confirm the pricing changes in the pop-up window (if applicable)
- Go to the Comments & Add-ons tab to add or remove new information and add-ons
- After including or deleting new Add-Ons, click Finish Editing And Save
- Review the price changes and click Submit
Room And Rate Changes
- Click on the Modify button
- Make a new availability search
- After selecting a room, it will be marked as Pending until you click Update
- Once all guest and payment information are entered and verified, click on Confirm Changes
Cancelling a reservation
- Click on the Cancel button
- Select a cancellation reason
- Enter a cancellation email
- Click Cancel Reservation
