Call Center 4.0 allows agents to look up reservations based on several criteria such as the status, the name, date range and more.
- Click on the Existing Reservation tab to see the search options
- The selected fields will show on the search results
- Complete at least one field, then click on Search
- Results can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and downloaded onto your computer
- Use the Show/Hide button to change your result filters
- Click on a reservation row to view the details
- This screen allows you to view all reservation, room and payment information, as well as modification and cancellation options.
- Click on any tab or section to display details accordingly
