A Call Center agent has the possibility to cancel a reservation, if the correct permissions have been set up in the CRS.
To cancel a reservation, navigate to the reservation detail screen.

- Click on the Cancel button
- If it falls outside the cancellation window, details of the penalty charges will be displayed on the screen
- Cancellations falling within the cancellation window won't be charged. If applicable, the guest will be eligible for a refund.
- Select a cancellation reason from the dropdown field
- Ensure a cancellation email is sent to the guest and add an additional email if required
- Click on Confirm & Cancel
- The status and cancellation number show at the top of the screen
