Follow the instructions below to learn how to cancel a reservation:

• Retrieve an existing reservation using the search filters and click on Modify to change the room, rate or stay dates criteria

• This will take you back  to the availability search options

• Once you make a new availability search, the room will show as Pending at the bottom of the screen. Click on Update to replace the Current room.

• After completing all mandatory field and click on Confirm changes
