Price check parity report allows the property to compare between the OTAs and the Direct Price (as on the property's own booking engine).

Navigate to: Reports> Price Check Parity Report.

• Filter the view by Last week/Monthly and select the website as All/to a specific Booking Engine.
• Overview shows the property when the Direct Price is cheaper, more expensive, in parity, and when there’s no availability on OTA.

• Performance Breakdown shows how the Direct Price compares to each individual OTAs.

• Hover on one of the OTAs to check break down of comparison to direct price.

• The Disparity Timeline shows you the percentage of times the OTA price undercut the Direct Price during the time period you selected.

• Hover the mouse over a point to see the breakdown.

Note
There is a line for each individual OTA represented by a different color.

• Direct price Vs OTAs shows how many times the Direct Price is cheaper, higher, or when only the Direct Price is available.

• Hover the mouse over a section to see the breakdown.

• Property Parity Breakdown shows how many disparities are in total between the Direct Price and OTA price for each individual booking sites.
