To enhance security, two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled by default for all RVNG logins. Users must enter a verification code sent to their email address in order to access the CRS.

Note
This is a default setting, therefore cannot be disabled.

Viewing the verification settings

• From the Dashboard, navigate to Manager Users

• Select a user and click on Edit

• The Two Factor Enabled box will show as checked

• This will result in the user seeing the following prompt when trying to log into RVNG:

• Simultaneously,  a verification code (One Time Passcode - OTP ) will be sent to the user, as shown on the below email sample:
