Release Notes - July 24, 2023

We're pleased to share enhancements we’re making to the RT4 Booking Engine and the CRS. This release is scheduled to be deployed to U.S. customers on July 25, 2023, and to our customers in Asia, the Boyd and Venetian instances on August 1, 2023. Minimal downtime is expected.

Cross-sell alternate properties in the RT4 Booking Engine

Brands or groups of hotels will now be able to cross-sell other properties in their portfolio! Potential guests will be served options at alternate properties ​​of your choosing if the originally searched property doesn't have availability or if the potential guest is about to "x" out of the booking engine without booking a room.

Adjust Multiple Rate Plans in Rate Grid

You were previously limited to dates of the rate plans to make adjustments on the rate grid in the CRS. We are removing the date restriction, enabling you to select and adjust multiple rate plans at once.
