The Call Center menu page allows you to adjust settings and restrictions for agents using the Call Center to make or manage reservations.

Overbook House

Enable this option if agent are allowed to override the house (total) room/rate plan availability, in order to make a reservation even if it's at its lower threshold.

Overbook Room, Rate, Group

Enable this option if agent are allowed to override rooms, rate plans and groups with no availability, in order to make a reservation.

Overbook Rates

Enable this option if agent are allowed to override rates including if there isn't a price set for that day.

Overbook Restrictions

Enable this option if agent are allowed to book rooom and rate plans on days that may have certain restriction violations.

Overbook Fees

If enabled, agents will be able to perform non-critical modifications to guest count, without incurring any extra charges on the reservation.

Overbook Loyalty Account Errors

If enabled, agents will be able to override errors sent back from OMS, when we attempt to reserve the offer.

Overbook Code Upload

Use this option to upload call center override codes using downloaded templates
