Release Notes - November 30, 2023

📣 Calling all Casino Revenue Managers! We’re rolling out Auto Populate Segment Pricing, a new feature within the new Guestrev UI that's gonna knock your socks 🧦 off. Customers in North America will get the release on December 03, 2023, between 9:00 PM-12:00 AM ET, and for our customers in the APAC region, on December 04, 2023, between 9:00 PM-12:00 AM SGT. Minimal downtime is expected so don't sweat it!

What's Auto Populate and why should I look forward to it?

Assuming you have multiple control segments within Guestrev, whenever you've overridden a price recommendation in the Day View or Multi-Day View, you've had to manually override all the control segment values for that day. 😓 Well, those days are coming to an end! 😃

Now, when you override your FIT/Transient rate value ALL the rate values for your other control segments will be auto populated based on the complementary logic established for your specific casino resort. ✨

Wait, what? And how do I get this wonderous feature?

Yes, when you update the FIT/Transient rate value, all your other control segments will update accordingly, saving you time and boosting your confidence in your pricing (say goodbye 👋 to fat-fingered errors).

To enable this magic, simply head to your User Preferences, toggle the option to On and save your changes. You'll be good to go 🚀 and will appear in the Day View and Multi-Day View.
