Release Notes - October 30, 2023

Beginning tomorrow, October 31, 2023, we're rolling out enhanced security features including single sign-on (SSO) and optional multi-factor authentication for eInsight CRM and Power BI. Yay! 🥳

No downtime is needed; however, keep an eye out 🔍 for an email requesting you reset your password that will come from noreply@login.cendyn.com. Follow the instructions, then head over to the URL you always use to access eInsight, whether it's einsight.cendyn.com or one custom to your company. Use your existing username and shiny new password 🌟 to log in. You'll be good to go!

Pro-tip: See the little link at the bottom that says, "Need help signing in?" Click that link if you ever need to unlock your account or reset your password. We promise we won't judge. 🙈

And don't be a slacker! When you get the email, reset your password promptly. We don't want the little token that provides you easy access to expire. But, if that were to happen (again, we won't judge 👀), you can use the "Need help signing in?" link to reset your password.

By the way, if you're interested in enabling multi-factor authentication or integrating SSO with your existing active directory so your users could use their own network logins to access eInsight CRM, submit a request via the Cendyn Knowledge Cloud here to get that ball rolling. 🧶
