Cendyn CRS can identify rates that qualify for a comp when they are returned from the RMS or PMS. This feature assists properties in efficiently yielding loyalty rates, ensuring that guests are accurately informed of offers tailored to them based on their control segment and selected dates.
Note
The Loyalty Program option must be enabled in Property Management > Property Defaults.
Go to Loyalty Program > Loyalty Settings
- Set option Read Comp (Transfer) Rate to Yes
- Enter a Rate Value Identifier
- All rate plan ending with the Identifier will automatically display as COMP
- Select if Comp Rates should include or exclude taxes accordingly and Save your changes
