Many loyalty programs at properties (casino, boutique, smaller chains, etc.) have a tier program to incentivize customers to continue to stay at their hotels. These tiers are associated to guests and allow them to know what inclusions and discounts they qualify for.
The Loyalty Program option must be enabled in Property Management > Property Defaults.
- Go to Loyalty Programs > Tier and click on Add New
- Enter a Tier Name
- Select a Tier Colour. This will help identify the tier on the Booking Engine and in the Call Centre
- Select the applicable Add-Ons included in the tier
- From the dropdown field, select a policy that should override the rate's default (if applicable)
- Save your changes
