Creating and Editing Questions and Categories
- Select Frequently Asked Questions from the CMS dashboard.
- The Frequently Asked Questions Dashboard will appear. From the Questions tab, you can either edit existing questions/answers or create new ones. Similarly, the Categories tab allows for managing existing categories or creating new ones.
- To edit an existing question/answer, select the question or the edit action icon on the Questions tab. To create a new question, select Create Question.
- Enter the question and its corresponding answer in the designated fields. If you're utilizing categories, assign the relevant category to the question.

Adding Frequently Asked Questions to a Page
- To incorporate FAQs into a specific page, navigate to the Pages module and select the page that will receive the FAQ widget.
- Within the page's Content WYSIWYG editor, click the Insert Widget option.
- Select FAQ from the Widget Insertion menu.
- Configure the widget's settings as follows:
- Template: If multiple FAQ templates are available, choose the desired template. Typically, there's only one default FAQ template.
- Categories: Select the categories of questions to be displayed. By default, all categories are selected.
- Thumbnails: Choose whether to display thumbnail images for questions, categories, both, or neither.
- Start Mode: Determine how the questions initially appear on page load. Options include: all questions collapsed (questions show, answers hidden until interacted with), all questions expanded (questions and answers displayed), or first question expanded (default).
