Release Notes - December 11, 2023

Gear up as we introduce our latest updates, namely the ability to create passwords for offer codes and Expedia's enhancement to Expedia Collect bookings. Read on to learn more. 🧐

This release is scheduled to be deployed to U.S. and EMEA customers on December 13, 2023, and to our customers in Asia, the Boyd and Venetian instances on December 18, 2023. It's all good 😊, as minimal downtime is expected.

Option to Password Protect Offer Codes

You will now be able to create passwords for your offer codes, creating a new level of security 🔒 for your organization and your guests.

When this feature is enabled, a guest landing on the booking engine or landing page with a password protected promotional link will immediately see a prompt to enter the offer password. The same will be true when a guest enters a password protected promo code in the booking engine.

No more worries 😟 about the overly generous sharing of offer codes among unauthorized friends and family! 💪

CRS Integrations: Expedia Enhancement 

Expedia will be sending additional payment detail information in their reservation notifications for Expedia Collect bookings. The CRS will provide this information in the comments.
