Release Notes - March 12, 2024

We've got some exciting Cendyn Booking Engine (RT4) features and a handy Cendyn CRS (formerly known as Pegasus CRS) enhancement coming your way. Mark your calendars. On March 13, 2024, our U.S. and EMEA customers will see these changes, followed by our pals in Asia, and the Boyd and Venetian instances on March 20, 2024. Minimal downtime—because waiting is so last season.

Bookers Can Add Stay to Personal Calendar

Guests can now add their reservation details to their preferred calendar—Google, Outlook, Apple, or Yahoo. Check-in and check-out dates become calendar stars, and the hotel’s arrival time? It’s the opening act! 

Add your Accessibility Statement 

We’re all about inclusivity! Share your accessibility statement and let guests with disabilities know they’re VIPs.

How to Do It? Easy peasy.

Head to Portal Settings > Display Header. Enable the footer and add your statement.

The booking engine footer will flaunt a link to your accessibility statement.

When guests click the link, the statement will pop-up with the portal name strutting its stuff in the header. 

ADA Rooms are Hidden by Default

By default, ADA rooms are now incognito. But guests can work their magic—toggle that switch to “On,” and voilà! ADA rooms reveal themselves like VIPs at an exclusive party.
