Assigning a password to an access code provides an additional layer of security during the reservation process. When this feature is enabled, the booker is prompted to enter a specific password to book the selected offer.

To create a password, go to Rate Plans > Manage Access Codes and select a rate plan.

• Click on the Add new access code link to create a new code along with a new password
  • Or click on Edit to add a password to an existing one

• Enter the password and save your changes

The Password Enabled field shows you if an access code is password protected.

A booker landing on the booking engine or landing page with a password protected promotional link will immediately see a prompt to enter the offer password. The same will be true when a booker enters a password protected promo code in the booking engine.
