With the introduction of new B2B sales campaigns with eInsight Sales and future multi-channel marketing, the Manage Campaign list has multiple ways to filter the existing list of campaigns. The step-down filters are designed to aid you in locating your desired campaign as quickly as possible.
To locate a specific campaign by campaign type (i.e. consumer vs. sales, marketing vs. transactional, primary vs. sub-campaign) follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to Campaigns > Manage.
- You can select and change the first dropdown filter to view different data. (Consumer (B2C) or Sales (B2B) campaign type)
- You can select and change the other dropdown filters as well.
Note
If you selected “Sales”, since all sales campaigns are email marketing campaigns, the list of available B2B sales campaigns displays in the grid.
- The 2nd filter defaults to “Email” as the campaign channel for consumer campaigns.
- The 3rd filter defaults to consumer “Marketing” email campaigns. Click the drop-down if the campaign you are searching for is a consumer “Transactional” email campaign.
- The 4th filter defaults to “Primary” consumer email marketing campaigns. Click the drop-down if the campaign you are searching for is a “Sub” campaign as part of a campaign journey.
- Once the list is filtered as desired, you may use any of the search features in the column headers to locate a specific campaign. For example, to search for a specific consumer email marketing campaign by name, select the three bars next to the Name/Subject column and enter the appropriate filter criteria.
