The Dashboard provides various performance indicators (KPI's) such as:
- Campaigns
- Audiences
- Bookings
- Campaign Revenue
- Click Through Rate
- And more...
Customizing the dashboard
On your Cendyn CRM homepage, select Manage KPIs
- From the dropdown field, select the KPI's you want to be displayed on your dashboard and click on Save configurations
- Select the date range you want the KPIs to be focused on
How to export a report
- Select Export dashboard report.
- Define the date range, KPIs and the email to which you want to send the report. Your email will prepopulate, but you can replace it if needed.
