Cendyn CRM - How to duplicate a campaign

This article shows how to duplicate a campaign, copy some details, and avoid creating the same campaign twice.

 

Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns Manager > Campaigns

Step 2: Click the Draft  filter button

Step 3: Click the Duplicate campaign button on the campaign you want to duplicate:

Step 4: Add the name of the new campaign and click Duplicate campaign:

Note
You can view the duplicated campaign in the Drafts section
