Cendyn CRM - How to duplicate a campaign?

This article shows how to duplicate a campaign, copy some details, and avoid creating the same campaign twice.

 

Navigate to Campaigns Manager > Campaigns

  • Click the Draft  filter button

  • Click the Duplicate campaign button on the campaign you want to duplicate:

  •  Add the name of the new campaign and click Duplicate campaign:

Note
You can view the duplicated campaign in the Drafts section
