This article shows you how to see which contacts have bounced and the reasons why in detail.

Navigate to Campaigns Manager > Campaigns and select the campaign that you want to view.

• Click Undelivered to see details contact list.

• By clicking on each contact, you can see detail information from the user and the reason the email was not delivered.
