Downloading information is now easier than ever. We developed this feature for you to predetermine the fields that you want your team to download.

Roles of User

1. Navigate to your profile > Roles of User.

2. Select the Role of User that you want to modify.
3. Make sure this role of user has the permissions to View and to Edit/Create in the segmentation part.

4. At the top of the table, Select Available for Download.

5. Select the columns you want to preset by default in this role when downloading information.

6. Select Update Role to save all your changes.

Note
This will only allow you to preset the fields that you want this user to download, but this does not mean that the user will not be able to download more fields if needed.
