To add update preferences and/unsubscribe option to your email, please follow these steps: 

Step 1: Go to the template where you want to add these links and add a new row. 

Step 2: Add the type of content Text.

Step 3: In the format tools (located above or below the text row), click Special links. Here you can choose to "Unsubscribe" or "Update Preferences."

Step 4: Select the option that you would like to use then, it will automatically appear on your template.
