How to Set it up in Cendyn CRM
From your Profile dropdown menu, navigate to Account Settings and add the email you use for data protection.
This step is required to meet GDPR requirements.
Preference Center Configuration
From your Profile dropdown menu, navigate to Preference Center and configure time intervals to let contacts choose how frequently they receive emails.
- Click on the Add a new Preference item button and follow the below steps:
After you saving, each preference will appear on the list as below:
