Follow next steps to create a form with double-opt in:

Step 1. Create a new Email template with a button to confirm the subscription and then select special links functionality as described on the image below:

In the Special links popup select “Accept terms” => “GDPR Accept terms URL”. This will add a dynamic URL that will automatically save the data needed:

Step 2. Create a new campaign that includes this template created on the previous step. You can send it to only one test contact. In the next steps the form will use this campaign to send the emails for confirmation.

Step 3. Create a Form that will be embedded in your website and add the fields needed as Name and Email, for example.

In the “Send” button of the form, clic on edit and choose the option “Send campaign”. Select the campaign created in the previous step, as is describe in the image below:

Once you finished the form, copy and paste the code generated to your website.
