Cendyn CRM - SDK Integration

This Cendyn CRM article provides a step-by-step guide for integrating Cendyn CRM services into a web or mobile app. It begins with creating a Web App and advises reading specific certificate guides for iOS and Android if applicable. Users are instructed to view app details, copy App Secrets, and download the SDK. The SDK code should be added to the app or website, following detailed guides for Android, iOS, and web platforms. Finally, users can validate information through the Cendyn CRM account's Audience Activities section.  This allows you to know when a contact visit your web page or complete a form

 

Step 1: Create your Web App here.

Note: If you have mobile apps such as iOS or Android, please read the following iOS certificate guide and Android certificate guide.

Step 2: Click the eye icon (view app details):

Step 3: Copy your App Secrets:

Step 4: Download our SDK and read all the information about our API here.

Step 5: Add our SDK code to your App or Web. Follow our step-by-step guide for Android here, Xcode iOS, and Website. 

Step 6: Validate the information in your PUSHTech account by visiting the Audience Activities here.
