Follow the steps in this article to create segment for clients staying at the hotel.
- Confirm your custom Contact/Purchase fields which correspond to the check-in and check-out dates.
- Navigate to Audience & Contact > Segmentation and then select Create a new Segmentation.
In this example, the fields are as follows:
Note
Remember to replace these fields with your own. Common field names are reservation date and check-in/check-out date.
- Don't forget to select Save Segment to complete the creation of your segment.
