If a contact wants to unsubscribe from your emails, you can update it in their profile.
Follow the steps in this article to unsubscribe a contact.
- Navigate to Audience & Contacts > Contacts.
- In the search field, type in the email you want to unsubscribe and select the profile.
- Select View all, which is located in the center of the page. Then in the expanded panel, select Channel Subscriptions to expand and select the check box to remove email selection to complete subscription.
All the contact's history will remain in your account, but the contact will not receive any more campaigns.
If in the future the contact decides to resubscribe, it will be necessary to come back and check the Email subscription.
