Follow the instructions in this article to download contact group list.

1. Navigate to Audience & Contacts > Segmentation and then select Create a new segmentation.

2. Create the filter you wish to segment for.

For example: all contacts who have spent more than 2000 euros. You would select +New Filter and then set the settings accordingly (see image below)

3. Select Download XLS (or CSV) depending on your preference.

• This will open 2 main options:
  • Select the categories you want to include about your given audience. E.g. Name, Email, Money Spent, Last Visit.
  • The email you want to receive the data sheet.

Note
The bigger the segment, as well as each additional data column selected the bigger the data sheet. The larger the data sheet the more time it will take the platform to create and send you the information requested.
