Customer profiles can be edited at any time, so that you can ensure that the information stays up to date and as accurate as possible.
To add or change profile information, navigate to Audience& Contacts > Contacts
- Select a contact by clicking on its name or email address
- Scroll down to the Profile Information section and select a category
- Hover over a the filed you want to change and click on Edit
- Enter the new field information and click on OK
