Cendyn's technical teams are actively investigating the performance event that is impacting ARI and Reservation notifications. The team has taken decisive actions to improve the processing of outbound ARI and Reservation notifications. Currently, ARI notifications generated for the OTAs and Reservation notifications have been procesed and no further delay is expected.
