🎯 Quicklook: Email Templates > Click inside a text section > Menu Options > More Options > Select Tags
With our CRM you can automatically create personalized emails on a large scale. Using custom tags such as name, hotel name, and or booking ID will automatically fill in the relevant data.
Step 1: From Campaigns Manager click Email Templates

Step 2: Click New Email Template or choose the template you want to edit:
Step 3: Select a text section of your email template
The text editing tools will appear. From the bottom right button click Select Tags.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu select the type and tag you want to add:

Step 5: Save the changes made.
