Adding a form, such as a landing page to an email template in Cendyn CRM streamlines data collection, enhances engagement, and provides a seamless experience for recipients. This integration allows you to capture valuable customer information directly from emails, improving personalization and the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.
- Create the form you want to add to your template: Learn how to create a form
- Once you have created the form, go to the left menu and click on Lead Generation" > "Landing Pages: Learn how to create a new landing page.
- On the landing page, insert the form you created earlier. Learn how to insert a form to a landing page.
Navigate to Campaign Manager > Email Templates and select the one you want to add a form to.
- From the Content tab on the right hand side, drag and drop the the Button tile onto your template.
- Click the added button to display its content properties
- Click on Landing Pages
- Select one of the already created Landing Pages.
Remember to save your changes.
