Set-up notifications
Navigate to Lead Generation>Forms and click on the specific form you want responses from.
- Ensure Email notification is activated by setting the option to Yes
- Enter the Notification Email Addresses. Separate them with commas if you are adding multiple.
- Enter the Email Subject, as well as the Sender Email Address and Name
Remember to save the changes to your form.
If you need different notifications for various email addresses (like different hotels), use the 'hotel name' tag in the email subject to tell them apart.
Making an email template and adding it to this notification setup
Navigate to Campaigns Manager > Email Templates and create the template you'll use for notifications.
- In the editor, click on a text tile to reveal the formatting options, and click Select Tags
- In the pop-up window, select the tag matching your form information and click add tag. You can repeat these two last steps to add as many tags as necessary.
