Travel Agent PMS Profile

Key fields of interest when viewing a PMS profile from any hotel are:

• Type: Base type of profile, such as company, travel agent, or other
• Iata: Records the IATA number on this profile from the PMS. Profiles for non-travel agent type profiles do not require and will not have an IATA associated.
• PMS Profile ID: This is the external profile ID provided to eInsight Sales from the PMS
• Hotel Short Name: The hotel code associated with this PMS profile. All PMS profiles should have a hotel designated as the entry point for the profile.
• Accounts: The B2B sales account this PMS profile is linked to and where production stays, reservations, and revenue are reported

Note
Not every PMS profile will contain a full data set, however, to make the best use of the PMS profile matching and auto-linking to B2B sales accounts, encouraging users in each hotel’s PMS to complete as much data as possible on company and travel agent profiles is advised.
