Follow the below steps to integrate true/false options into your forms easily.

Step 1: Drag the "Checkbox" element to the corresponding section of your form.

Step 2: Click on the pencil icon to modify it.

Step 3: Write the question or message in the Label section and in the Options section, the option you want to display.

Step 4: In PUSHTech Metrics, select the custom True/False field you previously created.

Create a checkbox for each custom field you want to link to the form.

If you want to show multiple options: repeat the steps for the number of options you want to add. In the Label section, remove the word "Checkbox" to leave it blank.

After adding the different options, it should look something like this:

Step 5: Finally, click "Save Form" at the top of the screen when you've finished editing the form.
