Although the number of unique campaigns to send depends on the size of the available audience for the warm-up plan, we suggest building 3 to 4 unique campaigns. It is possible that you may require more campaigns, depending on the total size of your audience/email list for the warmup.
Why have multiple campaign templates with unique content during the warm-up?
You want to show the ISPs and mailbox providers the type of varied content your engaged users should expect to see.
Additionally, most warm-up plans will entail sending to the same email a couple of times, and we do not want to risk the same customer receiving the same email within a short window. If this happens, there could be a risk of a high number of unsubscribe emails or spam complaints. An elevated spike in spam complaints can impact sender reputation.
We don't recommend creating content / campaigns for a highly targeted audience. For example, a promotion email for a small list of clients (an email targeting spa guests that live 15 miles from the hotel). Instead, we suggest newsletters, promotional content, etc.
Once you have submitted your list for the warmup, we will reach out if you require more campaigns. For this purpose, please fully consider content for additional campaigns.
What if you cannot build multiple campaigns?
You will face a high risk of impacting your database and having your clients opt-out of future communications. Additionally, the risk of getting a higher number of opt-outs or spam complaints can and will impact your sender reputation and possibly your email marketing revenue.
If you are adamant about reusing a campaign, we strongly suggest changing it up by using a different subject line, fresh images, a new label for the CTA button, etc.
Cendyn does not suggest using a single campaign over and over in your warmup plan.
