KPI is an abbreviation for Key Performance Indicator, which refers to data that has been collected, analyzed, and summarized to aid decision-making.
The CRM enables you to create your own KPIs based on your data.
To create new KPIs please follow these steps, go to Custom Dashboards > KPIs Management
- Click the Create a new Chart button
- Name your KPI and select the type
- Add the KPI conditions using a previously saved segment or a new one by clicking on New Filter.
- Click Create New KPI go to Create New Dashboard dropdown menu
- Enter the name of your dashboard and click Create
- Once created, a new dashboard will be displayed in the left menu.
- Click the Manage KPIs button to configure it.
- Select the KPIs and charts for your dashboard by clicking on Manage KPIs
